EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR CONTENT

Firestopping Fundamentals is approved for NYS DOS CEU’s, AIA HSW & PDH. We offer this as either as a 1 hour or 2 hour educational seminar.

One of the reasons why Firestop Solutions, Inc. offers educational seminars is because as a specialty firestop contractor we have seen an alarming amount of incorrect or non-existent firestop systems in various building structures.  We want to educate professionals in the industry on how to identify improper material, avoid common firestop problems, how to read & request engineering judgements and more. Together we can ensure that the buildings in our communities are 100% safe for our occupants.

Firestop Solutions, Inc. has undergone a thorough audit and evaluation process and has met strict standards to become a UL Qualified Firestop Contractor.  We were also the first in the country to become Factory Mutual 4991 accredited.

Besides the risk of injury, casualties and loss of revenue, liability is a top concern.  Firestop Solutions, Inc. is committed to meeting the strictest standards, addressing not only the issues of life safety and property preservation, but potential liability, as well.

"Firestop is Only as Good as its Installation"

We are here to answer any questions you may have regarding firestop systems and code requirements. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.
